VisionVault Pro is a fully managed service. We create the content, schedule it, post it to your platforms, and monitor performance. Upost delivers content to you but you handle the posting yourself. VisionVault Pro also includes a revision workflow and monthly performance feedback.
Exclusivity protects your investment. We do not create competing content for another vision therapy practice or longevity clinic as it applies in your area. This ensures your posts, messaging, and strategy are unique to your market and cannot be undercut by a neighboring practice using the same service. We believe this to be your strategic advantage and work with you to protect it.
Basic covers one platform. Plus covers two. Premium covers all three: Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. Instagram is available as an add-on for any tier that includes Facebook. Standard frequency is 3 times per week and we have upgrades available for practices that wish to post 5 or 7 days a week.
The OptiProfile Assessment is a detailed questionnaire about your practice, services, patient demographics, and community. We use it to accurately represent your practice in every post. It takes a minimum of 60 to 90 minutes and is the most important step in the onboarding process. Most practices assign a staff member to complete the initial draft with the primary physician reviewing and correcting.
Yes. We need posting access to the platforms we manage for you. We use secure, role-based access and never change your account settings, passwords, or profile information. We make this as easy as possible for you.
Yes. VisionVault Pro includes an approval workflow. You can pre-approve up to 3 months of content ahead of time. We send you the content plan, then give you access to the posts so you review and approve, and we handle the rest. We always produce a few extra posts so you are never stuck with content that doesn't feel quite right in case you want to swap something out. It actually doesn't happen very often but we want you to never feel "stuck".
Yes. After your initial 90 days you can cancel, renew for another 90 days, or move to an annual plan for a discount. Contact your account representative at least 2 weeks before your renewal date to make changes.
Contracts depend on the chosen plan. We’ll review contract terms during onboarding so you know commitment length and cancellation options before you agree to anything.
Yes. We design ad creative, write copy, and manage targeting and budgets as part of our full-service offering when ad management is included in your plan. It is not included with the Basic, Plus or Premium plan but is available as an add on. We can often handle other creative work on an as needed basis; even Newsletters or other forms of contact, but they do require BAA.
We provide regular monthly performance reports the first week of each month showing engagement, metrics, and ROI-related outcomes — and we use those insights to continually optimize your content and ad strategy. We also are happy to do brief quarterly meetings with you to discuss your practice results and take into account any changes or new services you may be adding. One thing that is very important is to add questions to your intake to determine where people found you. That single piece of information should drive all of your marketing decisions and statistics like that are critical to managing your practice growth.
